Karachi, [Date] \u2014 Bank Alfalah<\/a>, a leading commercial bank in Pakistan, has reinforced its long-standing partnership with the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP)<\/a>, having been a dedicated collaborator in the digital social cash transfer initiative since 2011. This year, Bank Alfalah, in collaboration with other partner banks, has been awarded the contract to serve 7 out of 15 clusters nationwide, securing the largest portfolio as a single contracting institution for BISP. The new contract will enable the Bank to serve 4.3 million beneficiaries, accounting for 47% of the BISP beneficiary base.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In a recent strategic meeting at BISP Headquarters, Atif Bajwa, President & CEO of Bank Alfalah<\/a>, and Muhammad Yahya Khan, Group Head of Digital Banking, met with BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid. The discussions underscored the mutual readiness of both organizations to manage the new clusters, with a strong emphasis on treating BISP beneficiaries with the utmost respect and dignity.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Key points of the meeting included the Bank’s active development and implementation of innovative projects aimed at financially empowering beneficiaries. Bank Alfalah is committed to promoting financial literacy, enabling beneficiaries to achieve financial independence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
