JazzWorld<\/a>, Pakistan\u2019s leading integrated digital ServiceCo, has reinforced its commitment to advancing women\u2019s digital inclusion and supporting locally relevant innovation through two strategic engagements with the GSMA ecosystem announced during\u00a0Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona.<\/p>\n

As part of the GSMA Connected Women initiative, JazzWorld has committed to expanding meaningful digital participation for women across its platforms by 2028, shifting the focus from basic connectivity to everyday digital usage that improves lives and livelihoods.<\/p>\n

While nearly half of women in Pakistan are now connected, participation across digital services remains significantly lower. Addressing this gap requires solutions designed around real-life needs, trust, and usability rather than access alone.<\/p>\n

To drive this shift, JazzWorld will expand female participation across key platforms including GSM, Tamasha, SIMOSA, FikrFree, Apna Clinic, and Zarr through targeted, use-case driven interventions focused on financial inclusion, healthcare access, digital content and livelihoods, trust and safety awareness, and inclusive product design.<\/p>\n

Complementing these efforts, JazzWorld has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the GSMA\u2019s Mobile for Development Foundation to co-fund Pakistani startups selected under the GSMA Innovation Fund, further strengthening the country\u2019s digital innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/picture>\n

The partnership will enable selected startups to access financial support, ecosystem visibility, and capacity-building opportunities, helping scale solutions that deliver social and economic impact through mobile technology.<\/p>\n
