Peshawar, Pakistan <\/em>\u2014 The Bank of Khyber (BoK) has announced a strategic partnership with Eastnets<\/a> to transform its cross-border and domestic payment capabilities, marking a significant milestone in the bank\u2019s journey toward digital modernization and alignment with international financial standards.<\/p>\n

The agreement was formally signed by Amin Sajid, Group Head of Operations and Support at BoK, and Khalil Sharawneh, Director of Sales and Operations at Eastnets. The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both organizations, including Salman Ahmed Usmani, Group Head of Treasury & Investment Banking, and Shaikh Mashhood Rahman, Chief Information Officer at BoK.<\/p>\n

As part of this collaboration, BoK has initiated the implementation of SWIFT\u2019s Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) solution. This move is in line with the State Bank of Pakistan\u2019s (SBP) vision for modernizing the financial sector through the Automated Transfer System for Real-Time Gross Settlement (ATS RTGS).<\/p>\n

The integration is being facilitated by Eastnets, a globally recognized provider of compliance and transaction management solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and efficient payment processing that adheres to international regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
