Optimus Capital Management (Private) Limited.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"685\">This strategic move comes following the formal approval of the transaction by shareholders during Bank Alfalah\u2019s 33rd Annual General Meeting held on March 20, 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"985\">As of April 30, 2025, the transaction has been successfully concluded.
