The initiative aims to serve as a model for member states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), promoting ethical innovation in the global digital finance ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1297\">\u201cMalaysia\u2019s leadership in Islamic finance and Pakistan\u2019s momentum in crypto regulation form a natural alliance,\u201d said Bilal Bin Saqib. \u201cTogether, we have a historic opportunity to set global standards for ethical innovation in digital finance \u2014 from halal stablecoins and tokenized sukuks to compliant regulatory sandboxes and youth empowerment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1604\">The Pakistan Crypto Council is spearheading the design of a <strong data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1403\">passportable crypto regulatory framework<\/strong> for emerging markets, balancing the need for innovation with international compliance standards.
