The scheme promises lucrative returns of up to 30% to lure unsuspecting individuals into making investments.<\/p>\n<p>To enhance the scheme&#8217;s credibility, Abdul Hai registered a company, <strong>Summit AH Experts (SMC-Private) Limited<\/strong>, with the SECP under the Companies Act, 2017. This registration has been misused to create an illusion of legitimacy and gain public trust. The SECP, however, clarified that the company, or any unregistered entities, are not authorized to accept deposits or investments in any form or arrangement.<\/p>\n<p>In response to the scheme\u2019s operations, the SECP has:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Added <strong>Summit AH Experts (SMC-Private) Limited<\/strong> to its official &#8220;List of Companies Engaged in Unauthorized Activities.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Referred the matter to relevant investigative authorities for further legal action against those involved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SECP has strongly warned the general public against investing or depositing funds with <strong>Summit 4X Trade<\/strong>, <strong>Summit AH Experts<\/strong>, or any similar illegal platforms.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for the SECP emphasized, \u201cThe general public is reminded that a company\u2019s \u2018Certificate of Incorporation\u2019 only confirms its <a href=\"https:\/\/pkfin.kotenterprises.dev\/secp-grants-registration-to-first-ever-digital-insurer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">registration with the SECP<\/a>.
