The announcement was made via a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The BoD approved the appointment during its meeting on January 3, 2025. Abdul Samad Dawood succeeds Mohammad Shamoon Chaudry, whose contributions as CEO were acknowledged and appreciated by the Board.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe Board records its sincere appreciation for the invaluable contributions made by Mohammad Shamoon Chaudry during his tenure as CEO,\u201d stated the notice.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>About Abdul Samad Dawood<\/h2>\n<p>Abdul Samad Dawood is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in management and corporate governance.
