The announcement was made by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) in a press statement issued on Monday.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SBP informed customers of the name change and reassured that the bank continues to operate as usual.
